today has been productive. And by productive I mean I read all 50 chapters of Bakuman in 5 hours. *gives self a gold star*

I want to make a billion icons of him and Eiji they're amazing like no other. Hiramaru is up there too in hideousness, but really I love all the characters. Every single one is interesting in their own way and has their quirks and just god I love it. I also learned a shit load about shonen jump and stuff it makes me feel smart. I think everyone should read this IT'S SHORT TOO chapter 50 ended on such a good note.
The biggest downside to Bakuman is it kindles this sad fire in my soul to be a mangaka myself. Doing comics or cartoons was my dream as a kid, but I never had the guts to go through with it. My parents gave me shit even when I was young for wanting to be an artist like, "oh you're going to regret it after you get to school blah blah blah" but I doubt I would. I mean when I read manga it's one of the few times I'm like "Yes. All is right in the universe." Even a shitty chapter of Naruto or Bleach will put me at ease in its own weird way. I don't even know what I'm saying, but I'll probably spend all night in my happy little private lj comm writing characters and stories feeling all cool and inspired from Bakuman.

It's raining again. The rain and the gray makes me tired, but it makes me think too. Like, you shouldn't be such a piece of shit stick in the mud, self. Go out and run in the rain and be a doofus. The rumbling is freaking me out though LMFAO.
