144- "Freedom! It smells so sweet!"

xD I think that quote from "Red vs. Blue" sums it up perfectly. My last day of the semester was today. I was intensely relieved, yet sad at the same time. I've gotten to know a lot of really nice people over the semester, especially in my Humanities, Comp and Anthropology classes.

But I guess we're going to see each other again! It seems like David and I are going to go bowling sometime this week, when he calls me. xD And Carter is definitely going to try and see me around more often; when I was talking to him before Comp he even called me "babe." *laughs* And Harlan and I are going to have a study group going on in the fall for Astronomy, it seems. I already know of two of my grades, and I'm sure the rest are going to be more of the same. In Humanities, I got an A (big surprise there) and in Comp I got an A as well. :D I'm feeling pretty confident about my other classes, though. I'll be able to see by Thursday.

So, anyway, here's a summary of my classes for the fall (I may change it, though, as Garrett wants me to take World Music in the fall as well xD):

Mondays and Wednesdays: Astronomy I at 9:00 a.m., then Comp II at 12:00 p.m.
Tuesdays: Classical Mythology at 1:00 p.m.
Thursdays: Comparative Religions at 9:00 a.m., then Classical Mythology at 1:00 p.m.
Fridays: Comp II at 12:00 p.m.

Not a bad schedule if you ask me. It's going to suck getting up that early, but I'd rather do that and be done by 1 or 2 than to be in school until 4 or 5.

I'm looking forward to summer as well. :D Of course, I'll probably end up working a lot. Like tomorrow. My first day off and I already have an extra shift. xD Tomorrow I'm also going to go and try and sell my books back. I know they won't take some of them. Carter told me they aren't taking one of the Anthro books, and a kid from my Comp class said that they weren't taking our textbook, either. T_T But I'll try and sell as many as I can, and then maybe sell the rest on Amazon. Hopefully they'll give me a lot of moolah, so I can have a little extra for when I go to Grand Junction this weekend. I know I probably won't need as much as I think, but I want to try and get gifts for everyone while I'm there.

And now, since I finished my soup, I had better go get Tina-chan some food as well. T_T She is such a pig. But it's nice to not have stress from school anymore. This semester was actually really fun, looking back on it.

guys, traveling, work, school
