6 meals a day. hour and a half work out a day. Mixtures of cardio and calisthenics(or lifting). I'm going to kick my own ass. I've poisoned my body for long enough. Eating good just isn't enough. I'm on top of this now. I know how easy it is and I have a plan. That IS what's essential, right? Going back to school coming up here. As soon as I get certified, I'm finishing what I set out to do.
