piano things and other musings
the sky was beautiful Saturday. we (my best friend) and i went to 'JAPAN DAY' at Central Park. we had a little picnic on a hill in front of the main stage. the gyoza and udon noodles tasted so good. we also received free cans of tea. i was playing around with my fish-eye camera while we bathed in the sun. i need to develop them soon, i can't wait to see how they turn out.

then we went to the virgin megastore since it's the only place where i know i can get Yann Tiersen's music. i recorded Comptine d'un autre été: l'après-midi two nights ago, probably shouldn't have but i did it anyway. my piano makes it kind of sound happy even though it's in the key of E minor unfortunately. and i love how the virgin megastore has an enormous classical music section. i couldn't help it but buy this cheapie JS Bach cd "the goldberg variations". i want to start playing some of that stuff on piano. but in the meantime, i started transcribing Teknolovesong by CocoRosie and i hope to finish that by next week.
