(no subject)
I'm sitting in the library waiting for "kids on the block' meeting. my class got out at 615 and going back to my apt would have been pointless---i hate the bus schedule after 5 (it should stay on a 15 min rotation as long as there are classes going on I think).
This weekend was kinda nice actually. I was thinking it would be borring since most of my friends were going home, but it was not too bad. On Friday I went to see "everybody's hero" with Jason (no, it was not a date--he was just the only one who was in town). I loved the movie. I know it is a bit childish to like an animated movie but it was so good. Maybe I just liked it because it was about baseball? No, it had a good story to it. I liked the theme of the movie---"just keep on swinging". Something I need to remember. When things get hard you just gotta keep going and it will all work out. Then I slept late on Saturday. I went to work out in the fitness rooms and went to the mall to buy some jeans (success at Goodys!). Mike came back and we went to Backyard Burger and then to Jasons where we watched "high school musical" with him and Matt. I would not say this is anywhere near my favorite movie but it was cute. The typical Disney channel movie where everything is happy all the time--even when things are bad they are not that bad. at lest now I finally know where all those songs go in the movie. And, if the main guy did not look like he was 12 he would be hot :)
Sunday was brunch day---I love brunch. It has become a tradition (much like going to lunch everyday with the gang is). I dunno how people can go to brunch and get pizza or hamburgers! come on ppl---its brunch!!! ok, enough about that. I went with mike, jason and matt. then some random guy came over when we were about to leave and he said "i know i don't know you but I am going to sit down anyway. So , don't freak out or anything"...... we all left like 10 mins later but that was so crazy because the guy never even introduced himself!
this week should not be too bad. No tests or anything.
Well, I still have like 20 mins till the meeting but I am out of things to say. I hope everyone else had a good monday :)
