“You’re like a cocker spaniel puppy.”
“…Excuse me?” Victor said, looking at the older mutant questioningly. Jean-Paul’s lips pulled into a smirk, a hand on his hip.
“Yes, I think that fits perfectly.” The Canadian speedster mused before moving past the green teenager. Vic could feel his cheeks flush a bit. He blamed that smirk; that smirk and those eyes. Wanting to know just how he resembled a cocker spaniel, Victor turned, only to have his words die in his throat as he met the X-Man’s gaze.
“See you around puppy.”
