A/N: Once again, got the idea from a chat session with some of the XCE crew. ^^
The day had been dubbed the unofficial sonnet reading day as proclaimed by a certain Canadian speedster. Vic was in charge of reading; Manny and Jean-Paul were his audience.
Victor had taken over the back corner of the library to read through his collection of Shakespeare’s works earlier in the afternoon. His audience had migrated in some time after and now the three sat comfortably on one of the couches while Vic read aloud. Jean-Paul had taken up one whole end of the couch, legs kicked up over the arm while his head rested in the resident empath’s lap while Victor had taken up the spot on the Spaniard's other side, leaning against him lightly. Normally, Manny wouldn’t have allowed any contact of that sort but with his arms resting along the back of the couch and the sound of the reptilian teen’s voice relaxing him, he just didn’t have the energy to protest.
Why ruin a good thing when you were content with the people you were with and doing something that you enjoyed?
