0067: Winter Dramas
It’s a little depressing that I haven’t burned off my drama files from two seasons ago, but at least I’m watching only two series this winter season. To summarize last season’s dramas, here are the things I have yet to archive on non-existent blank DVDs (I have yet to buy another batch):
Speaking of the winter drama season, I’m only watching Lucky Seven with Matsumoto Jun and Strawberry Night with Takeuchi Yuko. It’s a little funny that I’m only following the dramas of Natsu Niji’s leads, and it kinda makes me miss Taiga and Shiori a lot more than I should.
Lucky Seven is on Fuji TV’s Monday 9 timeslot, while Strawberry Night is on the same hour of Tuesday. Both currently have good ratings; Strawberry Night is on a consistent 16+ % (as of Ep.4) while Lucky Seven started out the same but dropped to 15+ % on the third episode. Subs are a little slow for Strawberry Night, possibly because of all the police and scientific terms, et al, but I’m really thankful that somebody decided to pick it up because I really enjoyed the SP.
I’m really thinking of starting on recapping this and Lucky Seven, as a personal fan project for 2012. I just don’t know where I should put it up; Livejournal? Dreamwidth? Wordpress? Wordpress seems the best option right now…I think…but I already did something similar with Ryuusei no Kizuna a few years back (and never managed to finish it) so maybe I could just put the new ones here so that Nino-drama wouldn’t be so lonely.
Another random thing, I think I’m starting to despise my numbered entries…or I get this weird feeling of wanting to edit all my entries and remove the blasted numbers in the titles. I’m seriously having an LJ-identity crisis right now.(",)
