Haha. That Smashing Pumpkins thing you're talking about...you don't have their first single. It was the "I Am One" 7" released in 1989 on Limited Potential Records from Chicago. There were 1500 copies pressed....I used to have one. I traded it away years ago.

Ahem *adjusts smashing pumpkin shirt* Actually Izzy, I am referring to Lull, which is technically the first effort put out by the smashing pumpkins in their entirety, with the whole line up. Previously there was the a la mode/moon demos which were D'arcy Wretzsky, James Iha, and Billy Corgan with a drum machine. After they found Jimmy Chamberlin which was in the fall of 1988, the proceeded to record their first ever CD which was an EP titled Lull which INCLUDED the single "i am one." Other songs include, Blue, Bye June, Siva. These songs later went to be mastered, and then re-recorded for their first ever album titled "Gish" released on Caroline records....Yeah, dont doubt a pimp.
