I've been house sitting for friends and their cat, Pixel, is pretty darn cool, super friendly and affectionate but his girlfriend, Number 2, is just plain crazy. I don't know how he puts up with her. One moment she wants nothing to do with me and the next she's demanding all of my attention, but mostly she's very stand-offish. I gave her a tennis ball the other day and she seems to be enjoying it.
I saw the Wrens on Friday. That was plan b because the first option was to go the the Beautiful Losers opening at the Yerba Buena Gallery but it was so fucking crowded that the Pope wasn't getting in unless he was with Mark Gonzales. I figure that I'll see it at my leisure during the week because I don't feel very comfortable around scenesters anyway.
Last night was a mellow drunkenness at Jeff and Fabi's birthday/housewarming. Mmmm...beer. I kinda miss the Sunset but not really.
