I met my biological dad today. It was a nice encounter that went a lot better than I could have imagined. I have siblings around the country, including an older brother in Austin, some sisters in California and Arizona, and some others.
Soon after I arrived back in Ponca City (my dad lives in Kaw City), I received a voice mail from my brother Brian (in Austin). He said he was really interested in talking to me and asked me to call him back soon. I will, but I'm not sure what to say so it won't be tonight.
Anyway, weird stuff.
