In a moment, everything can change.
And in a moment, everything did change. I was no longer sleeping in my own bed with my own bathroom. Nobody was on my ass reminding me of things that I had to do.
For the first time I really am on my own. And though I know I have to be responsible for myself (which is actually harder than it sounds), it feels so rewarding to finally have made it to college. The classes are challenging (which I love), the friends I've made are great, and the food... well, let's just say I don't eat much here.
