This is a poem I wrote when I was thirteen. I remember rushing it out for a school assignment, my head full of Roald Dahl stories. Reading it over again after all this time made me laugh. So I thought I'd include it here to see if it makes you laugh too.

why, thank you. i hadn't yet started to work at the nursing home when i wrote this. but i think maybe there was a little bit of premonition in this poem. haha

that must be what music was made for. to make things beautiful when you're being pressed against a train door.

one of these days, you and i will have to discuss what our favourite lyrics of all time are and be amazed at sung words.
