New Year's Resolution Week 20
After watching "Bernie" (recommended (also, featuring Sonny Davis as a townie (those of you who knew me back in the day will remember that Sonny fired me as his assistant bartender (long story, but I didn't drink all that Stoly)))) at the Arbor Cinema, I strolled over to Amy's in search of the elusive Tito's enhanced ice cream. I didn't find it, but did find...
All Thai'd Up; which has coconut, basil lime juice, ginger and rum. I know it sounds a little busy, but it was wonderful. Exotic, yet perfectly composed. And reminiscent of that trip to Thailand in the 60s...which is another long story.
