I'm thinking of making THE SWITCH... to Macs. I don't do anything particularly powerful or tech-minded with a computer, Office documents migrate easily, oh, and they're fucking cheap. Does anyone have some really bad experiences with them? Or with applecare? I'd like to know, so I can compare them with my mixed, but largely okay time with Dell tech support (note: I may be the only person on Earth who wasn't ritually beaten by Dell tech support, if internet buzz is any indication)
