My friend Pryor, who works in the newsroom at the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, forwarded me an e-mail earlier this week about a new weekly publication WEHCO (the Dem-Gaz's publishing company) is putting out. They need writers, designers, everything. I sent them my resume and an enthusiastic cover letter on Thursday. When I got back tonight, I had an e-mail saying they want me to come down this week for an interview.
