Summary: Uchi needed help getting out of his abusive relationship. Kame was the one to help him, but just leaving an abusive boyfriend doesn’t mean that he’s moved on. Moving on takes longer

“I was wondering if I could touch them, the scars, I mean.” Uchi’s face darkened and he swallowed.
It starts with Kame doesn't know how to ask Uchi about his scars, and in the end he finally is allowed to touch Uchi.

“They are ugly, aren’t they?” Uchi asked.

“No, they are beautiful because they are a part of you.”

Uchi turned around and saw tears in Kame’s eyes. “I’m so sorry that you had to go through that.” And though Uchi was probably the one that was supposed to be comforted, it was he who held Kame in his arms consoling him.

“It’s okay, because if I hadn’t have gone through that I’d never be with you.”

Uchi is so sweet. No Uchi, the scars aren't ugly. Kame's answer is so great. <3 They really are part of Uchi, and Kame loves the other how he is. <3

I totally loved that small turn you made here. Where Uchi holds Kame in his arms. Even though Uchi is the sad character, it doesn't mean that only he can be the weak one. <3

I totally love the balance in the fic, and I totally loved that Kame was the one who helped someone else out of such a situation, and I loved how he did it.

Thanks soooo much for this again anon-san. I totally loved that story, it was totally what I had imagined. Everyhting was just perfect.
