Sorting Out One's Priorities

My father has just sent me an owl telling me not to owl him. He is "far too busy" with "recent Ministry happenings". I wasn't planning on owling him before, but now it is difficult to resist.

Am I the only son of a Ministry official who has no idea what is going on? It is not difficult to believe that my father would rather me be completely uninformed than know too much. Studies come first as far as he is concerned -

So death comes second?
