so today, i disected a frog (!) and did a really awesome experiment on its sciatic nerve (neville the nerve, as we called him). it was the absolute coolest thing i've ever done in a class. and our nerve was the best nerve ever, according to dr. barbour (our professor). i even took pictures of its compound action potential on my phone (we had an alpha, beta, and gamma wave). in short, i love bme. i wish every day were this exciting!
