have you all seen the movie hook? it's so goddamn good. i saw 3 Engel für Charlie 2 the other night and it was also amazing. much better than the first one. today the weather here is perfect...too bad i have class. i'm not sure how much better my german is getting, but i feel myself becoming increasingly more directional. my weekend was strange. the love parade was on saturday and my friend and i ventured to check it out. think 2 million wo-man dance party packed with ravers f***d out of their minds and parade floats blasting techno. don't make eye contact. people were pooping in the nearby park and puking in the streets and hanging from all of the street lamps. my version of hell? maybe. but i've been eating a lot of good food and a lot lot of chocolate. i finally found the info shop\bookstore here, which i'm excited about. and while i'm thinking of it-- youth of today did play here, dude. but i missed 'em. i did take a pic of the poster for you and the club where they played. haha...the yeah yeah yeahs are coming soon, and i would like to see some good bands play. i saw nerf herder earlier this month and main singer guy ended up hitting on the girl i came with all night. i like to call her boring girl.
anway, this is too long...i can't decide whether i'll miss this place or not. i want to leave but then i don't at the same time. i do miss my friends though. i've written several letters and have yet to mail them. i'm sad to have missed radha and ben. i want to hang out with the ones i love when i get back. xoxo.
