(no subject)

Today is a new day. I threw away my unfinished pack of cigarettes last night and all the lighters I could find that I own. This morning I meditated for 15 minutes. At 4:30 I am going to go try Bikram Yoga for the first time. I'm a little anxious because I always feel out of place going to workout classes when I haven't worked out in quite a while, but I have to start somewhere right? The place I found to go to was only 3 minutes from my apartment and welcomed beginners with no prior experience... so I am hoping that I won't embarrass myself too much! But even if I'm horrible at it, should I really care what other people think? Not at all. I am there for myself, I probably won't know anyone there, and I should enjoy the experience of trying something new all alone!
