The Fallout 3 marathon continues.

A little TOO pale, but Nene is my latest gun-toting wastelander.

Been pretty busy since I last posted. Life can be annoyingly boring, yet extremely busy. Strange, yet true.

In my spare time, I've been trying out/using a ridiculous number of mods for Fallout 3. It certainly helps make the Fallout 3 experience much more fun, even if it comes at the expense of "immersion". In truth, without the mods I'm not sure I'd enjoy Fallout 3 as much as I did the previous Fallout games.

Hmm, whether to make a pistol-only or energy weapon-only character next, decisions decisions...

Avadon: The Black Fortress has also eaten some of my spare time. Old-school RPG that showed up on Steam recently. I had heard of it before, but only the Steam pricing encouraged me to buy it - the original $20 price was a little too high on their website, even with a demo. I understand the hardships of indie game developers, I just don't think mainstream gamers are willing to drop $20+ on an indie game they are unsure of, while $10 is a much easier impuse buy. Hopefully Avadon reaching a larger audience will make it a huge success.

Space Pirates and Zombies (SPAZ) looks good, but so far I'm not willing to commit $15 for it. Maybe at $10 or less it would be a no-brainer, I'm undecided at the $15 price.

From Dust looks good as well, but due to my experiences on the Black and White and Populous series, it's hard to say how much I'd actually enjoy it long term.
