So about that little stray kitten I mentioned, in a post about a month or so prior?
Took her in to get spayed, and she hasn't shown any interest in the outdoors for about 2 weeks. Today, she laid her little black and white head and paws onto my knee earlier and just blinked up at me. Then I just felt this realization that I have likely saved this little cat's life. I think she knew. So should she continue to be comfortable and happy here, I'm gonna keep her. My other two boys are still hissy at her, but all are adjusting.
Work was tough. At the end of it all I bought a twenty dollar bag of groceries to donate to a needy family. It makes it all worth it.
After some rough times, I feel really good today.
