Wow..
A co-worker of mine had a brand new baby two days ago. I remember when she first arrived into the shop and exclaimed that she was pregnant. This was back in February of 2007. Her hubby works in the bakery, and she has been on maternity leave since July. I received the call on the 27th.. she was at home with her mother, her water broke.. and she called looking for her husband.
I visited this completed family tonight.. a husband, wife and this gorgeous new baby girl. I'm not one to gush over babies very often.. but I just couldn't stop smiling.
There's something so mortal and beautiful about looking into the face of this little human being who started breathing a mere two days ago, and looking at those little features. Two days.. Jesus..
