Sick...err
I had a great weekend!
Friday night Ash took me out on a date...got me a dozen pink roses...and took me to Bayside. We went on a boat (of which I have never been on). It was cute...quite interesting. We had our picture taken while getting on the boat (yes, cheesy but cute nonetheless) :) Then a bunch of our friends came to the house to foos... I think I went to bed at like 3-something??
Then Saturday was lovely...did nothing but relax at home... some friends were over, and I took a nap in preparation for a long night out...I awoke at midnight and proceeded to get dressed to go to the Fetish Party since Carmen and Jose said they were going I felt obligated. Well, when I got there, through text message I find that since Jose was not dressed properly, they decided to go to Space instead. So I was stuck...err...it was interesting, weird people doing very strange things, but it was too crowded for my taste...I prefer being home. So we left after about an hour and then came the afterparty at my house- a bunch of people. I took pictures, but I don't have a whole lot of time to upload them, so tomorrow perhaps... I went to sleep at 6am and awoke on
Sunday morning at noon. Then came the direct TV----ah yes, my friends I have Direct TV with all complete premium movie channels too!!! YES! Welcome to the 21st century....lol. So, I was watching TV all day and then went to Walmart to get the doggie clippers....ooooo...we ended up getting a bed set with comforter, pillowcases, pillow shams, bedskirt, sheets...oh yes...BEAUTIFUL :) Hehee...and we got the boy some clothes and shoes :) (He looks quite spiffy now ;) ) And some groceries and other random items...Super Walmart rocks.... We then gave the doggy a haircut...he looks cute. Scrawny but cute. He looks like an anorexic dog...perhaps I should have named him Stipe rather than Bono (let's see who gets that joke) ;) I went to bed early since I had to awake early enough to get to Boca by noon.
Monday was great, I drove up to meet my LO from Las Vegas (Kathy) at Wilt's in Boca...had a lovely lunch, then we met up with her husband, and I drove them to Palm Beach and toured them around the island...all the fancy stuff. Walked down Worth Ave and had coffee at Michael's Cafe - oolala ;) Then I got home and cleaned, then watched TV again (its so damn fascinating)...watched the Sundance channel as they were holding the Vote for Change concert...amazing!!!!! Sarah, Jeff, Mark, and Golan came to hang and to foos...and then it was
Tuesday- errr.....I got sick sometime during the day. I have this nasty bodyache...and my chest feels congested. Disgusting... Sarah Goth happened to mention to me the other day to drink Eccancia (spelling error, surely) tea anytime I feel sick and its like instant CURE. And I'm thinking- my god I hate the taste of tea, but if it'll make this go away, I may be willing to sacrifice..lol. My LO (Kathy) came back today to the office this time to meet everyone, so I gave her an hour long tour around the place...and she's now off back to Vegas...its always nice to meet people you work with every day for so long!!
Well, I'm sick as hell and I hope to be getting out of here soon... the girl that works with me is out this week, so I have to handle all of my loans AND hers...stressed is not the word. Drugs? Drugs anyone??? LOL....see you all..
