(no subject)
duuuuuude
haven't updated since the night before last! that's the longest I've gone for ages. I watched a video today about a 'one-word-a-day journal'. It sounds nice. I slept in till nearly 12.30 today. and now my parents are being really weird. like I just got up and my mum was like 'do you want to go for a walk?" and I kind of looked at myself, then outside to the blinding heat and then back at her, and then said '....no.' to which she replied "it would be in your interests to." what the hell? 'In my interests?'.
finish posting when i get back from my mystery walk.
so we walked down norton st until we happened upon jb-hi-fi and now i'm the (nearly) owner of a 120gb classic ipod. (nearly=not till wednesday). then just when I thought things couldn't get any better my mum suggested getting a coffee and it turns out miss inuittimay called her when I was home from school on thursday and told her how worried she is. so we had a talk about why I'm not doing as well as I could/should, and I kind of realised how I have become that person I hated who doesn't make the most of 'fort street'. fort street as the imaginary concept of opportunity, that is.
not sure yet exactly what that means in terms of actually changing anything... I'll let you know if I work it out. I also promised to actually talk to ms inuittimay about how i'm totally lost re: extension history
also my mum kept making these weird comparisons between my 'old friends' and my 'new friends'. stuff to think about, certainly. so I'm gonna go in the pool. nice.
