So it's nearly 7.30, and the first batch of 18 cookies is in the oven. I'm drinking my coffee. I worked out by my plan that I have time for seven batches of cookies of 20 minutes cooking time, which is 140 minutes, but I probably only need five or six batches. Cool.

Postscript- the second batch is nearly done.
