A spectacular array of rainbow colours lay before him; turquoise, red, violet, aqua, green, crimson, orange, yellow; every colour you could imagine.
Arthur’s eyes drunk in the visual splendour as his mind ticked over the impossible decision of choosing the right one. After much deliberation his hand reached out towards the baby pink, it matched the dress.
Slowly Arthur wound the ribbon into the waterfall of sunshine, remembering what Gwen had taught him. Avlyyn enjoying the feel of her father’s hands plaiting her hair smiled, giggling when she heard him intake breath to stop from cursing when something went wrong.
