I thought at first that her hair had changed by itself when she was pregnant. It does for some of my sims (Linda and Monique at least have a special haircut every time they are pregnant). I was like "why didn't it change at the first pop?" and then I realized you probably changed it manually.
I suddenly got uncertain which family I was playing, so I changed Thea to not confuse myself. Maybe it will be easier for the readers too, especially since Stella and Thea are directly after one another in the playlist.
Additionally, quite a few new townies has been starting to show up, looking like those sisters!
Oh, I understand completely. This week I had two black girls show up in college with the small tight knots all over their head. I could not have kept them apart myself if I did not change one of them to another hairstyle - they did not have extremely different faces either. It was just Thea's hair changing during a pregnancy that made me wonder for a little while.
I understand not being able to tell them apart. With the first 3 sets of twins in each family I had to make sure one had long hair and one had short hair or something to tell them apart. It was really funny when Bianca Arman grew up and got married and then pregnant, I was playing another house and she showed up as a guest. She looked SO MUCH like her mother before her makeover it totally freaked me out thinking that Daniela had somehow gotten pregnant again. lol....
I agree. I love the genetics in Sims 2. I've played with Sims 3 some, I need to play more and explore it a little more, but I'm just so attached to these families and stories.

Another thing I love about Uni, it makes it so that sims start MUCH higher in their career tracks. :)

Would be great if that was the case IRL too
