This is not to say I'm not enjoying myself. I'm actually managing to have a relatively good time, save for the occasional problem with my family. It's simply that I find myself intimidated by Americans. I find myself almost painfully uncomfortable with how...rushed everything feels here. And how distant the people are. They just walk right through

Vivaaaaaa Las Vegas~. I totally know what you mean about the people on the street, though. I figure it doesn't help that everyone wants to have Vegas personalities and most everybody is drunk most of the time thanks to the zero restrictions on where you can do it. :p
