11. The Stupidest Angel by Christopher Moore -- This is the first Moore book that I've ever read and I have to say I really like his style. It is heavily satirical and clever enough to make it a very fast read. To even try to describe the plot doesn't do it justice. I mean, Santa is killed with a shovel by his ex-wife only to have a stupid angel enter stage left and hillarity ensures . . . its got everything that doesn't seem like it would go together, but somehow it does. Perfect if you're a grinch or just like dark humor.
