There and Back Again

Sorry I've been really busy and haven't been able to be on that much. I went to Chicago for 12 days to visit family.  It was nice to relax and get away from chores! Yesterday my family and I were invited by a neighbor to a Hawaiian barbecue for the 4th of July. Today we went to our town's annual 4th of July parade.  After we came home we went to the barbecue. It was a lot of fun.  There were tike torches, leis, and paper lanterns. Some of us canoed, others talked, and we all got to know our neighbors better.
