The Mayfield Character Questionnaire
Character: [BLU Scout]

What does your character really think of the family role they've been forced to assume? Do they go along with it or not, and to what extent?

Not much. He rarely sees his family, except Ai, who just kind of creeps him out and fascinates him at the same time. He's certainly not daddy material and doesn't have much interest in it.

If you had to place your character into any other pre-existing family unit, which would it be?

I would have loved to have him in a house with some REDs if it were possible to watch the shit hit the fan!

Out of non-canonmates, has your character met any others in Mayfield they could consider good friends?

Wow. Anyone who hasn't been an asshole to him, really. Margot (the mini Scout!), Steel Massimo, Denmark, Vince, Japan...

How have they changed in Mayfield? Has it been for better or for worse?

He hasn't been here long enough to really change, I think. Underneath it all he'll always be immature, stupid, short-tempered and hopelessly optimistic. But his fuse has been even shorter since he got here thanks to how much he hates this place.

What's been your character's least favorite and most favorite Mayfield moments?

Least? Getting droned. Most? That fistfight with Russia was sooo satisfying. X3

What's a typical day at work in Mayfield like for your character? If they go to school, what's that like? And if it's neither, tell us about their day in general.

He goes to work, mocking the drones behind their back. He pretty much only goes to steal stuff. One of these days he's gonna get fired. :B

What would it take to get your character to agree to stay in Mayfield for the rest of their lives?

Oh god. I can't even IMAGINE that. Probably that all the girls would get out of town scott free? And even that would be iffy cuz then he's be trapped in a town full of men. D:

Your character is given a choice: by agreeing to flip a coin, they are able to send any one person of their choice to their home world permanently (to never be brought back to Mayfield). The catch is that if it lands on heads, your character gets trapped in Mayfield permanently. But if it's tails, they can go home, too. If they choose not to flip the coin and risk it, though, nobody goes home. Does your character take the chance? Who would they send home if they could?

He's waffle about it for awhile but eventually take the chance. He'd want to send Margot home, but not without Nadia. If not, probably Tifa.

How does your character treat drones? Are they hostile, friendly, or indifferent towards them?

He's resentful towards them, and can't stand to be around them, especially after he was droned himself. It's just misdirected anger, really.

How many times has your character been droned, if at all?

Just once so far. Give him some time. ;D

Has your character ever died in Mayfield? More than once? How did it happen?

not yet, but the future is wide open!

If your character had to choose to bring one person from their own world to Mayfield, who would it be?

Grabbing another BLU team member would be handy.

Does your character care particularly about figuring out a way to go home? To what degree?

OH LORDY YES. It's the only thing keeping him sane at the moment. And don't think anyone can ever talk him out of it. He is dead set on it, and once he gets his mind to something, forget about changing it. Especially because he hates the town so much.

Mayfield's events can be anything from traumatizing to hilarious. Which event so far has had the greatest effect on your character?

His first botched escape plan/getting droned. He really scared him underneath it all, not that he'd ever admit it in a million years. That and the fact that Engie was droned for so long. The thought of getting droned for an indefinite period of time disturbs him greatly.

If your character could be the Mayor of Mayfield for a day, what would they do? 'Send everyone home' is not an option.

THROW A GIANT GODDAMN PARTY. NO DRONES ALLOWED. :D

Finally, your character is locked in a windowless, doorless room for 24 hours with Grady and three objects. What are those three objects, and what occurs in those 24 hours?

A baseball bat, his scattergun and a box of bullets. C:<

I find it incredibly amusing that they answered this one the same exact way. -BROFIST-

Haha, yes! I plan on doing one IC soon, if anything but for Scoot's sanity. He needs to relax!
