She's maintained mainly the same attitude toward Chrona that she did in the manga so far - brief, vague interest followed by some derisive sneering at her sister's 'failure' - she thinks that Medusa's original intentions with Chrona were intriguing, but as the concept failed, she's not really raring to investigate her further. Although Arachne's not terribly concerned about her niece (aside from her ties to Medusa and the DWMA), she's not above attempting a bit of idle manipulation in case of future need, and will certainly keep her in the back of her mind in case she finds a use for her later.
Meeting Asura almost first thing when she arrived in Mayfield was ... really not how she pictured their first meeting going at all, not only because of the set-up/their 'marriage'/discovering that there'd been another version of her here before, but also because she was (is) completely powerless and unprepared, which she really dislikes, so she can't make a total judgment of their situation just yet. She hopes to learn more about Asura as she learns more about the town, and believes that they'll find themselves on the same side, no matter how remarkably awkward and confusing their first meeting was.
Although for the most part, Arachne prefers to keep her minions numerous, anonymous, and expendable (hence the identical, full-body Arachnophobia uniforms, which by the way, Arachne, were a terrible idea), there are a few of her cohorts she prefers to keep by her side instead of roaming around Baba Yaga's surrounding areas, and Giriko (of course) fits into that category - not only because she knows he has much more potential usefulness and power than most others, but because she does genuinely feel a great deal of fondness for him. He was her first creation, after all - she's rather proud of him. He's also one of the only people she trusts, because she's truly assured of his devotion to her (after eight hundred years of watching over that goddamned golem, she'd better be convinced), and knows, without a doubt, that he'll remain faithful to her.
ehhh, I feel like I have more rolling around in my brain, but we'll see if I can mold it into something that has some semblance of coherency.
yess he has big sis's approval, his life has meaning
Just gonna say that I am always willing to talk about these two, RP or not, because I find both sides of their relationship pretty fascinating. :|b I could elaborate on Giriko's a lot as well, but a lot of it ends up stepping pretty deep into head-canon rather than straight relationships.
fff, so am I, there are so many facets there that can be explored, and there's nothing I love more than tldring about my favorite characters. And headcanon's a big part of RP (there's only so much actual canon can tell us, after all), so I'm always really interested in hearing about the twists and turns and logic that fuel characterization.
