1. List your characters. 2. People you have CR with ask you to tl;dr about their relationship, and how your character perceives theirs. 3. Everyone wins.
Despite the fact that they met under miserable conditions thanks bombfield, Charles is finding Cain's company to be enjoyable. Anyone who likes music gets extra points in his book, even if he finds Cain's rapid learning abnormal and somewhat irritating. It's because of that, coupled with the intelligence he seems to possess, that Charles isn't 100% sold on the notion that he's just a normal human. He'll treat that subject with suspicion until given proof of being right or wrong, but since it's only a mild curiosity, he won't be going out of his way to dig for details, especially since Cain's projected personality has left him with the impression that he isn't one to hide things.
He's a little more interested in learning what kind of place Cain came from to see how the views he holds were shaped, but for the time being, he's perfectly comfortable having an intelligent, interesting person to converse and play music with. Hopefully Cain won't be too surprised if his seemingly endless optimism hits a few raw nerves on occasion,
WOW IT'S THE DEVIL now what do I believe in is pretty much his train of thought. It's way easier for him to process their recent meeting in the same way he's processed meeting any other deity or form of death in the city so far - by assuming they're from another reality that doesn't affect his own. Because if there is a real Lucifer? That means there's a real God as well, and that would just drive him up the wall. That said, he does find the glaring differences between this Lucifer and the biblical one to be a little jarring despite the fact that he isn't a man of faith, and it'll take him a while to get over that. He also finds it pretty hilarious that Lucifer is just a tiny kid in appearance despite first-hand knowledge of how deceiving those can be, and the clear gap between his "age" and his intelligence and unique perspectives

Demons are a new thing to Charles and Amaimon is the first he's met, which is kind of surprising considering how many there are ambling around town and how long he's been there. He finds Amaimon's demeanour strange in comparison to what he was raised to expect from stereotypical demons (yeaaah Catholic backgrounds). The combination of apathy and violence that he seems to present is familiar, though, and it's an attitude he can definitely understand.
Since they already share the same opinion on the drones, he has a feeling that Amaimon would share his opinon on humans if they were ever to talk extensively about that topic, which is somewhat comforting. The massive amounts of strength he displayed has piqued Charles's interest as well. He's keen on finding out exactly what he's capable of on both a physical and mental level, and if there are any supernatural aspects involved, so Amaimon is definitely on his list of people to talk to more frequently.
Doctooor he didn't know he'd like you so very much when he first met you! Really, though, his aversion toward the Doctor on their meet-up with Vietnam at the bowling alley was entirely genuine. He's a selfish person, and the fact that Vietnam was paying the Doctor so much attention got under his skin horribly and all but convinced him that he'd only be able to tolerate the Doctor at best, and only a long way in the future. After Vietnam left, the exact opposite of what he expected to happen happened. He doesn't feel that the Doctor judges him for being a horrible person (too often, at least), and there's a certain security in being around him that Charles can't quite label or place his finger on. Instead of being constantly annoyed by him, he finds his company enjoyable, feels the need to keep him from harm and finds some of his quirks endearing.
That isn't to say he never finds the Doctor irritating, of course. There's a certain amount of arrogance and self-righteousness that gets on his nerves at times, even if he has those

Minato was one of Charles's first friends back when he had first shown up in Mayfield, but after a very complicated argument and one trip to Westport, they wound up in a situation that, in Charles's opinion, should have resolved itself after he killed Minato. That wasn't what happened and instead of things working themselves out, Charles had to deal with a dead Minato, a droned Minato and then a Minato that didn't even remember him. This was pretty difficult to swallow in a relatively short period of time, which is why it took him so long to approach Minato after he had returned

YES though that is the main one... Charles is a cat person through and through, and while he enjoys his own little collection of adorable pets, a talking cat isn't something he had ever expected to run into. And definitely not a talking vampiric cat, that is just strange! Still, as a fellow sort-of-kind-of vampire and a person who finds cats endearing, he's really enjoyed Nyanpire's company so far. He's a little surprised by the amount of immaturity displayed but hasn't thought to ask for an actual age yet, even though Nyanpire seems to be a kitten.
As far as his brattish tendencies can go, Charles isn't annoyed by him in the least or anything he's done as of yet, which is probably a terrible thing since it will lead to a bunch of spoiling and hardly any scolding. He finds his antics pretty endearing and while he doesn't make for the wisest conversationalist, he's entertaining to talk to nonetheless, and of course very fun to fuss over and pet.

He still thinks the Doctor is, on a whole, a person with good intentions though!

Nyanpire will have to be a bit brattier in the future, then, if he can get away with it. :D
