Character Name: The Monk of Key-Fu (Key-Fu)

Personality: Key-Fu's face is almost permanently stuck in a crosseyed, toothy grin. He also talks in a stereotypical, overblown heroic manner, and thends to narrate whatever it is he's doing, even if there's no one around to talk to (that he's aware of at least). Adding to that, he's also given to malaproping as well as abusing assonance and alliteration. It's very rare for him to talk plainly.

Key-Fu is a sort of wandering martial artist type, or at least he would be if Mayfield hadn't given him a family and made him a plumber. Even then, Key-Fu is always on the move. He values himself as a "protector of pleasantness," but despite his skill in martial arts, he's commonly destructive to everything around him, whether it's directly his fault or not. (At least right now, he's just an average guy with a lot of martial arts knowledge!)

Special Info: Key-Fu is something of a superhuman martial artist, at least normally. He's capable of superhuman agility and dexterity, and can move fast enough to create afterimages of himself when attacking, blocking, or dodging. Moving that fast uusally involves his signature "Shoeshine" attack, in which multiple afterimages of himself combo everything in his immediate vicinity to Kingdom Come. Most of his martial arts are focused on the Key, which he claims taught him the very martial art he's taken his name from in the first place.

So far, Key-Fu doesn't have any of his special powers or equipment, although he recently got authorized to regain his noble steed (a bombed-out Winnebago) and his plasticine body (which means he will bleed a lot from even blun trauma, yet will not seem adversely affected). Like with my other guys, though, I haven't made the official regain entries yet.

Plots/Goals For This Character: Key-Fu's just here to be himself! Which means that, aside from trying to fit into the fatherly family lifestyle, his goals involve expunging the forces of unpleasantness, and possibly causing a lot of unintended collateral damage in the process. Key-Fu makes a natural opponent for groups like the Kingdom, even if he's not necessairly the most effective crimefighter out there.

Specific CR: I think Key-Fu would get along well with people from zanier themes like Homestuck, Regular Show, Adventure Time, and the like-but anyone and everyone is welcome! Freaking people out is Key-Fu's specialty.

Recent/Post: Key-Fu made a zen garden out of his lawn the day before snow covered the town. He's also gone door-to-door bothering people about their plumbing needs because he has no damn clue who called for help!
