Alright, guys. Japan has left the building, which means Taiwan's in charge of the cosplay cafe at 1245 Williams Road. It's your regular outdoor cafe, but with waiters and waitresses in costumes. Additional Info: Rika has being cute down to an art. She's very friendly and always smiling. Whenever she has downtime at her job, and if asked to or given permission, Rika will be happy to assist in the kitchens with basic treats since she is a fairly skilled cooked.
