I didn't have him respond ICly, but Rittz at 628 Topper Street would also volunteer to take others into his house. Despite the fact that he can be overwhelmingly naive, Rittz is capable of being a fairly skilled, although mundane, fight.

I'm up for handwaving! Taiwan at 1245 Williams Road is willing to take people in her house. She keeps it fortified, too, because of Nadeko and Homura. She has a couple of handguns in possesion and knows how to use them because... nation... so yeah!

Bro definitely have answered to volunteer 341 Brady Lane, but I mean I won't lie, chances are he didn't... come off as very reliable or taking-this-shit-seriously because he's Bro?? idek he's a badass manchild, but he's pretty cool with chances to save someone's ass.

Oh! And Cable is at 1649 Albright Lane and would totally volunteer like a responsible guy. He would sound very very sincere because he's really ridiculous like that, and is definitely a skilled fighter. :|a
