Homecoming dances didn't have as much of a catering push as prom did, but there was a punchbowl or two, and I remember stories of some small-town high school homecomings having cake.

Ilsa will help with any food-related tasks and be one of the least attentive chaperones ever.

I never went to any of my homecomings because I was a cool kid like that. :B It wasn't a big deal in my HS anyway. Prom and winter formal were more than enough.

Quinn will be chaperoning as well, and probably providing the music as well.

No winter formals, except for the NJROTC at my high school, and most of us avoided the punch. :D

Ours had cake, cookies, chips, punch, and some of those colorful little mint candies, and I hail from a pretty ass-backwards small town in an ass-backwards state.

Sounds like a good framework for Mayfield's prom.

ack, wrong word - homecoming! Prom would have a buffet, yes. I still haven't asked if the hotel has a ballroom.

you have a challenger for the title of least attentive chaperone

Probably so - Loki wouldn't care about the few things Ilsa would break up.

...actually, he might end up encouraging trouble, knowing him. Attentive, but the wrong kind of attentiveness. Ilsa's welcome to try to stop him, though, if she cares enough.

So many tricksters, so little time.
