ACR-tastic!
Hi, everyone!
Wow, I haven't posted here in like a month. I fail at maintaining my own journal. LOL. I guess I haven't posted anything because I hadn't been doing a lot of Sims stuff. Like, I hardly did any Hermione's ABCs stuff in the past month. Only in like the last two weeks have I been actively working on stuff for Chapter 43.
But I shot a whole bunch of scenes. 43 is now titled "Hope" and contains a whole lot of plotty stuff: Imago's funeral, an unexpected happening in a spare's life, the death of Gabrielle and Almeric, the birth of the main line of Generation J, and a new Granger main line home. I have so much great stuff coming up in Generation J, even though Gen. I's not over yet. But Generation J will have a lot of focus on relationships. Family ties, friendship, and a muddled network of love. I'm expecting shipping wars, but I'm probably exaggerating. I'll just say I'm very eager to see how different people ship different characters...
In other news, I downloaded ACR. Don't expect to see it in action in Sahara Valley. I intend on using it only in certain households in SV but keeping it off most of the time. But I am planning a simpler, observational Legacy down the road, and I'd like to have ACR in for that. I'm testing ACR at the moment in a house in SV, and so far things are fine. At first my test Sims were really boring, but I found I had free will off. *facepalm* Once I turned it on, my Sims immediately got on with the getting it on. In fact, the test family is already expecting a baby. It's great, because I'd love that particular house to have eleventy bajillion kids. It's all for plot! A member of Generation J is going to get some spotlight with family dramaz.

Once I'm done playing with my ACR family, I'll start playing some more, because now I'm just awaiting births and deaths.
