Heat is Bad
Hi, everyone!
Ah, another spiffy eleventy-jillion-degree day! Isn't it just lovely??
I dislike heat. It makes using my laptop hard. Since my laptop already gets really hot just from me using it, the added heat and humidity doesn't help at all. My kingdom for air conditioning! But my house is old and in olden times they didn't build houses to accomodate air conditioning.
Right now my laptop's on my lap. Well, me and the laptop are seperated by a buffer zone of folded-up blanket with an ice pack nestled inside. Occasionally I put the ice pack on the hottest parts of my laptop by the vent to cool it down.
The heat's making everything go so slooooooooooowly. Like it takes a million years to zoom out in-game or switch tabs on my internet browser. Because I always have eleventy jillion tabs open for some reason. Maybe because I'm stupid. But whatever.
I made pancakes today when my family went out to the public pool. Personally I was afraid of getting a disease or something or more likely getting hustled around by people who aren't as nice as me, so I stayed home. So yeah, if you happened to walk by a house and heard pancakes cooking and some girl singing along to her mp3, that was me. I'm sorry if I made your ears bleed profusely. I also made lemonade. That's pretty much what I do when I have the house to myself, I sing because I'm too shy to sing around other people. Not anyone in particular, just people in general. Gah, the game declares Libras to be outgoing, but I call shenanigans!
But I have been doing some Sim stuff today. Mostly with the Round Robin. I really do want to write that last scene for Chapter 37 so I can make a cool coverpage and such. But meh. It's too hot to do anything.
Does anyone know what happens when you delete a userpic that you used? Does it revert to your default or something?
