Interludes and Photoshoots
Hi, everybody!
Remember how I always used to post at insane times because I snuck my laptop into bed? Well, I don't do that anymore because I'm a wimp. And so lately I've been posting at regular times that humans should be awake. Well, look at the time: 1:53 AM! Yeah! I'm back, baby!
Don't expect this, though. I just got home from the Cinderella cast party. I brought home like a million leftover snacks. I have 8 glazed donuts, 4 boxes of Pop-'Ems (they're like Munchkins), a 20 oz bottle of Coke, a bag of Doritos, a bag of potato chips, and a WHOLE CAKE. Also I have this...item of food which I have no idea what it is. I know it's a dessert. The director of the show thought it was dip, like salsa or something. I think it has crushed nuts on top. Actually, I think it's radioactive waste disguised as dessert. I'm probably going to dispose of it before it comes alive and eats my family.
Anyway, Interlude 5 was put up today before I left for the show. It's 84 slides (I thought it was longer!). Also I'm getting several new avatars made...4 of them, in fact. I think I'll use a rotation and use different ones on different occasions. Thus, I did two photoshoots to get the pictures for the avatars.
Also, I am remaking the death portraits! I had painted portraits for everyone up to Marion when I moved the family to House of Fallen Leaves. Or as I like to call it, House of Fallen Lag. Well, now I call it that; at the time I was partial to calling it "House of Fallen Sh!t". It was like the worst decision I ever made in the Legacy ever. It never loaded and I made the pictures crappy quality in hopes of it working. And so all my portraits got corrupted and I deleted them in rage. So now I'm redoing them.
After House of Fallen Leaves I moved the family to a tiny Downtown lot and finally to the current lot, Granger Estate. Now that I think about it, the D kids were all born in different places. Daisy was born at House of Fallen Leaves, Dennis was born on the tiny Downtown lot. Funny story about that: I decorated the place and realized it was too small and prepared to move the family again. And then Marion went into labor with Dennis. >.< Great timing, Mar. And then we moved to Granger Estates where Derek and the rest of the D kids were born. Ah, memories.
So Gabi is currently working on Marion's portrait. And soon I'll have her transport them to the Cemetery and it'll be very nice. I may have to revamp the grave alignments because I currently have just one long wall and it will NOT fit everyone.
I've also been working on Chapter 31, "I'm Not Okay, I Promise." I actually took a picture for like the very last slides today. I'm weird like that.
