i know what ms bickel was saying
she was talking about how her adn her father are passionate people, how her dad can read a piece of literature adn cry over it.
Our Town broke my heart. everyday i had to listen to thorton wilder's words and i knew what he was saying. i couldn't shake off the fact that we really don't look at each other or realize life when we're living it.
and after the play wedsday my mother had been crying( not over jeremy's incredible acting of course) because she knew all that was true. and quite depressing at that:/
it was so surreal to me that us two can be so moved by this one piece of art. i really like that in people, particularly when i see it in my mother.
