Please Heat This Eventually

So my computer seems to be dying. I had this computer for quite a while now, since freshmen/sophmore year of high school. It has been good to be for the many years. But ever since I got a weird warning saying I should back up my harddrive its been acting whack. Like my internet shuts off if its been idle for couple hours.
I want a labtop, a good one. I do not know where to buy a cheap labtop though. IF anyone has any suggestions..........I am all ears.
