Title: Stutter
Rating: G

Classification: ?
Spoilers: None
Warnings: None
Summary: Jun can be so uncool!
Disclaimer: Don't own. I got my idea from a song called Stuttering (Kiss Me Again)

Jun always regarded things in a stictly professional manner. He hated making excuses and he was a perfectionist to a fault. If he appeared cool on set, it was due to the fact that he had no time to waste on fooling around. His schedule is always full. Therefore, it became harder and harder to deal with his feelings for his petite co-star.

He had watched her grow from being an ordinary girl to a gorgeous woman. Her smooth, pale skin glows and her expressive eyes sparkles. Her hair...how he wanted to run his fingers through her long sily tresses.

'Matsumoto Jun you are NOT allowed to fanatize about your co-star!" He chided himself. 'It is NOT professional.'  Yet, he could not help it. Everytime she was in the same room as him, his heart rate sped up and he found himself looking...fine, staring at her. But worst of all, his tongue and mouth would slack causing him to stumble over words and stutter. The cool, suave Matsu Jun had a hard time talking to a girl. At a drop of a dime Jun could give long endearing speeeches in front of thousands of adoring fans yet he was barely able to string two proper sentences in front of this one. In his defense, she wasn't just some girl. To save himself the trouble, he decided that he should keep his mouth shut. He rather listen to her melodic voice anyways.
Ah, yes. Her voice. His heart does funny things everythime he hears her say his name.

"Jun."
He could hear it so clearly in his head....Or so he thought.
"Matsumoto Jun!"
He hadn't imagined it at all. She really was calling his name.
"Matsumoto, are you ok? I've been calling you for the past 5 minutes!" She sounded a little annoyed but she still looked cute. His cheeked coloured a little.

"Sorry, my mind was occupied with ...other things." He amended.

"Anyway," Mao went straight into business. "I was wondering if we could shoot the scene this way instead." Jun's professional side kicked in again and he seriously considered her proposal. He was also attracted to her mind. She could be reckless but she was sharp when it counted.

"So what do you think?"

"It's a good idea." He replied, generally impressed by her suggestion and wondering why he hadn't though about it that way as well. She gave him a bright smile and he resisted the urge to touch her.

"Great! I'll go tell the others." She turned to walk away. Was she leaving him already?

"Wait!" His mouth involuntarily said what his mind and body wanted to say. She turns towards him again. He really didn't have anything to say to her and his brain and decided to stop working at that very moment. This happened more often than he would like.

She arched a questioning eyebrow after several moments of silence. Since he wasn't going to say anything, she will.

"Are you going to ask me out on a group date again?" She said. Jun coughed and looked away to hide his embarassment . He wished she would forget that. That moment was a perfect example of his brain not functioning correctly. He shook his head as a response.

"Good, becasue I'm not interested in meeting any other guy."

His eyes snapped back to her. Did she mean what he thought she meant?  Everything was confirmed by her next gesture. She walked up to him and leaned in to give him a kiss on the cheek.

"I'll see you later." She whispered affectionately in his ear before heading off to do what she had originally planned. Leaving him grinning like a  fool.
