i think i like this semester. only four classes, 13 credits.
psychological statistics: prof flom (or "ross", as he has requested we call him) is freaking hilarious and a lot of fun. the class itself will be somewhat challenging, though hopefully not too bad because i already took it in high school... it's a small class (35) so i can ask him questions if i need it. he's really approachable and remembers people's names and stuff.
book of mormon II: sis. anderson is super cute and fun. because of a mix up in which room she was assigned, the class only has 25 people in it and i know four of them. landon's in there, as well as two other people from my ward, and a girl in my bio group last semester. hopefully it won't be too hard, it's nice to be able to study with landon and discuss with him and stuff. i like being able to talk about church stuff with him, something i would like to do more often. it's also good because jocelyn (on my floor) is in there, and had sis. anderson last semester so knows what she's like and how she does here tests. always a plus.
sign language: i love it! my teacher is deaf, and it's amazing how she can communicate even though we hardly know any signs. once again, the class is small (probably 20-30 people) so i'll get to know some people in there. we're supposed to practice with each other outside of class and stuff, so that'll be fun. it's so much fun looking up new signs and surprisingly easy to memorize them. it's four days a week, and i really look forward to it.
history of psych: i have yet to have that class... i'll see how it goes after tonight. it's sooo long... 2.5 hours! aaah! 4-6:30, i might shoot myself. but only one day a week, so i suppose i'll have to pull through it.
that's all. :)
i went to the gym yesterday! it was nice to feel like i was being healthy again. i ran on the treadmill only for like 10 minutes while i waited for an elliptical machine to open, which i love. i'm going to try to go 3 days a week. then last night me, lauren, and elyssa went to the pool, and we did laps and stuff- harder than i thought. i also minimally learned how to dive; i've never done that before.
so yeah, things are going well. i'm still working on branching out and getting to know people... i'm not very good at that. but it's better i guess.
welp, i think that's all!
