past week
I've had good but very busy week. this weekend jeremy and lauren came to visit david and I. we had a wondeful time. no sight seeing yet lots of shopping, not that much eating out and plenty of booze and dancing. we all had a nice time i think. my apartment is still in tact. while i did spend a lot of $$$ I do have some nice memories and clothes to show for it, and hopefully some cool pics soon from Cliggz and Jermz. They got home safe and I hope they come back soon. Naked.
Also, Wednesday night I saw the Stones for the 4th time. It was at Giants Stadium. My first Stones stadium show. 70,000 people. Kanye West opened up. He wasn't annoying but I was hoping for a more enthusiastic show. Still I watched and enjoyed. The Stones were very good. Overall a great show. Mick definitely carried the show and was in a great mood and great athletic shape. He ran the stage over and over, from one end of the catwalk to the other over and over. It's like running from one end of the field to the other while you're singing, and he's 63 now. However I will say Keith did not look too good. He looked better at previous shows. I think he had a cold or something. But it didn't really mess with his playing/singing too much. It was a great and huge show with fireworks, intense lights and an amazing stage and screen. I can't wait to see them again when they go on tour in a few years from now I'm sure.
