For approximately the selling price of my place, I could launch into this brand new no-restrictions building... GRANITE! TILE! NEW STAINLESS APPLIANCES! KITCHEN ISLAND! 2" VERTICAL BLINDS! SAFE UNDERGROUND PARKING! LOWER STRATA FEES! REDUCED HEATING COSTS! Oh, and did I mention the NEW aspect of it? It's NEW! No fiddling around with re-painting over gloss, mystery 'old building' aromas, and people walking in and taking my things! It's not far from where I live now, so I could still visit with my neighbours often! I think I might run some numbers on this one... I can't believe there's a new apartment in town without gst in my price range that allows dogs! Unreal! Only downside is that it's a 1bdrm, so I couldn't (comfortably) have a roommate... not that I have been successful in finding a roommate for the apartment I have now, though I've been trying on and off for the past 9 months.
