1. How do you deal with stress? Not well. Hair pulling, eating, procrastinating, trying to focus my attention elsewhere.
2. Do you have a favorite "comfort food" and what is it? Frosted flakes. Lots of them, bathed in vanilla soymilk.
3. Do you have a "comfort activity" and what is it? Meditation, listening to nature sounds music.
4. What days depress you and why? Rainy days in the winter (not enough light to keep my body happy), days when something bad happens (someone gets sick, someone leaves, etc.)
5. What days excite you and why? Days that I get to try new things at work (my boss is going to teach me new photo editing techniques soon!), days that I have an opportunity to accomplish something great! Also, Thursdays (new episode of Holmes on Homes) and Tuesdays (new episode of House M.D.)!
