Mostly I'm not posting because I've been working crazy hours and when I'm home I aim for bed. I post to FB a couple of times a day, and then mostly links to weird research papers.

I'm getting better at the whole clip-pedal thing bike-wise but getting a bit fed up at struggling so much to increase my running mileage. My 10 mile runs are really variable speed-wise and they fucking hurt. I should probably go back down to 8 miles. PANTS.
